Email hello@curatour.ai. TravelTogether is run by the Curatour team, so one inbox covers both. Tell us which AI assistant you use, the city you asked about and what happened. Please don't send payment details or booking references.

Questions about a booking.

Bookings, changes, refunds and cancellations are handled by the partner you booked with, such as GetYourGuide or Viator. Contact them using the details in your confirmation; we can't see or change bookings.

Remove it from your AI.

• Connector or app: disconnect Curatour in your assistant's settings, where it lists connected apps or connectors.
• Instruction file: if your assistant saved a curatour skill folder, delete it or ask your assistant to remove it.
• Remembered preferences: ask your assistant to forget any Curatour choices it saved.

TravelTogether and Curatour share one operator and one set of policies: Privacy Policy, Terms and Affiliate Disclosure. Some links are affiliate links; when one is shared, you'll see: “This link may earn Curatour a commission at no added cost.”
